- DAY 1: Arrive at your hotel in “Val di Sole”, Trentino
- DAY 2: Bernina Express
Travel by bus through the Tonale Pass to Tirano where you will board the red Bernina Express, riding it through the glittering glacier-covered mountains where the enjoyment of nature and cultural experience are one in the same. This trip is one of the most beautiful experiences you can have in the Alps. Overnight in the same hotel.
- DAY 3: Val di Sole – The Dolomites - Padova
You might want to hurry breakfast this morning because you’re off to the famous Dolomites to experience this unique mountain region of exceptional beauty. Since time immemorial, the sublime and colorful landscapes of the area have been the source of numerous scientific and artistic interpretations. Overnight tonight and have dinner in your hotel in the area of Padua.
- DAY 4: Venice
Today you will have the opportunity to learn all the secrets of this mysterious city. Since 1987 Venice and its lagoon have been a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The city sits on 117 islands with approximately 400 interconnecting bridges. Take dinner and spend the night in the same hotel as the previous night.
- DAY 5: Padua & Vicenza
The Botanical Garden of Padua was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1997. It is the oldest botanical garden in the world, still in its original location and extending over 22,000 square meters. The garden is well known for its special collections and historic buildings. And then join us in Vicenza in exploring the history of our ancestors from the first settlement by the people of Rome up to the architectural masterpieces of Andrea Palladio. Dinner and overnight tonight at a hotel in the Verona/Lake Garda area.
- DAY 6: Verona - Vows of Love Under the Balcony & Mantua
Visit more milestones of world culture with us today. Verona - the main attraction of this city of culture, the balcony of Romeo and Juliet, is adjacent to the picturesque town center with its many historic buildings. Near here as well, you will find the famous “Arena di Verona”, built 2000 years ago as a venue for gladiatorial contests. Now each year various operas are presented under the open sky here. Mantua was added to the UNESCO list in 2008 in recognition of its valuable cultural historic sites – visit the Palazzo Fucale, the Balsilika Sant’Andrea, the Piazza del Duomo and much much more with us here. Overnight and dinner at the same hotel as on the previous night.
